Lit Leung Yiu (Leo 列良耀) is a teacher of Ving Tsun kung fu and founder of the Ving Tsun Martial Arts studios in Vancouver and Richmond, BC.
Sifu Lit studied Ving Tsun for twenty years in Hong Kong. In the last decade Sifu Lit's skills improved substantially thanks to the guidance of master Tsui Sheung Tin (徐尚田)[1]. Tsui, chairman of the Hong Kong Ving Tsun Athletic Association, was one of the closed door students of the legendary Yip Man (葉問).
Lit conducts classes in Cantonese and English. His teaching emphasizes the development of power, rather than speed and application of techniques.
