[edit] Bullet points
Should the system biology centers be presented using bullet points under each country. As it currently stands, it is very difficult to read the UK and USA sections ColinGillespie 17:37, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- This will get hit with WP:NOT#DIR and notability. JetheroTalk 05:19, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

- I changed the lay out of the listing to give it a more open structure. I believe lists like this are more then notable enough. I wish there would be more of them... because they give a notable state of the art.
- I do think this listing can be further developed:
- With the open structure it's easier for others to add data.
- Some extra information can be added by every item listed.
- Good luck with this. - Mdd 13:17, 6 July 2007 (UTC)::the way things are now about lists, you will have a problem if any of the anti-list people notice. And "research group" tens to mean individual faculty research group most of the time, though I know you're not doing that here.

- Changing the article to List of systems biology research centers is maybe a good start. A list can also include some text, but I'm not an expert in this field to write such a text. - Mdd 23:06, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Renaming this list
The current name seems "List of Systems Biology Research Group" out of time. If I look at the featured lists, non of them seems to be named "list of....". So it would be idea to rename this article to
- Systems Biology Research
- Systems Biology research Groups
- Systems Biology Research Organizations
And then with or without the WikiProject Systems/... -- Mdd (talk) 00:53, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- The wikiproject systems is only used because the list is under the rubric of the wikiproject and unlinked to mainspace (i.e. no wikipedia page as thought of by the non-editor links to this page; you couldn't really type in 'list of xx systems biology research groups' and get here). If the list gets to the point that it can stand without risk of deletion, it should be moved or pasted back into a regular page. I'd say list of systems biology research groups (if you click on any of the specific entries in featured lists, many of them actually do start with 'list of' even if the displayed link does not). I would also not capitalize unless one of the words is a proper name (see MOS:CAPS and WP:NAME for more info). At that point, it should probably be relinked to the articles it was connected to before. Good job with the re-work by the way - I'd prefer a list made up of unambiguously notable stand-alone pages but it looks like there's support for a mixed version. - Thanks. I will take a better look at the featured lists. But the name list of systems biology research groups is ok with me. I will wait a few days (before moving the list back into the article space) and watch what happens on the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Lists page. -- Mdd (talk) 18:19, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
