[edit] Unsourced or otherwise dubious additions

All of the following need to be sourced before being added back in. There is way too much nonsense in this list, and virtually nothing is sourced. Please help resist any more unsourced additions, and help source the extant material.

[edit] Mark Selby

"Mark the Shark" added on 31 May 2007 by an 83.116.171.39 (talk · contribs); reverted by me today as unsourced. "Shark" in the context of cue sports is generally an insult/accusation, not a compliment, except when used by non-insiders. If this is even sourceable at all, I would bet money that the appellation was just something a journalist made up on the fly to be "cute", not realizing the implication, and thus it is not a nickname, but, well, just some journalist being "cute". — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 19:07, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Marco Fu

I'm removing the alleged Fu nicknames per WP:BLP, WP:V and WP:RS as discussed in more detail at Talk:Marco Fu. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 21:21, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
