Talk:List of satirists and satires

I would contest Douglas Adams as belonging on this list. Yes, his works contain satire, but on the whole, his works generally poke fun at everything which is not satire. Satire chooses to exagerate or otherwise ridicule some particular aspecto of life (usually society) for the purpose of infuencing the oppinions of others. Douglas Adams is hysterical, but not a Satirist.
