[edit] Romanisation

Can someone look at the rivers for North Korea, please? I've written them in South Korean Romanisation, as I am unfamiliar with the North's system. However, I have included the Korean script.JPBarrass 06:40, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] A couple of inspiring resources

I don't have time to put them to good use just yet, but here are a couple of useful references I've come across:

  • Appendix 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the River Act: [1], listing rivers and streams in SK in much the same way as is done here, with some additional info that may or may not be useful in article building.
  • Naver/Dusan Encyclopedia categories for North Korean and South Korean rivers, streams, and lakes. If we ever come to have a proper article on each of these, it will be quite something.

Thanks to Jpbarrass for the excellent work in expanding this list! -- Visviva 11:16, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the thanks! Thanks also for the suggestions of where to find information. I'll certainly have a look at them and see what I can append to our list. JPBarrass 14:39, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Areas in need of more details

My detailed maps are of the Gyeonggi-do and Ulsan areas, so I've been able to supply more details for these parts of the peninsula. If anyone has any detailed maps of other areas, please concentrate efforts there first, as the page is currently somewhat lobsided. Thank you. JPBarrass 14:47, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
