Talk:List of radio stations in Pennsylvania
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
What format is most correct for these pages? Should we try to find a state to emulate and make them consistent? I think the external links should possibly be in the body and footnoted. I tried to do that, but I'm still new and not yet very good at wiki markup. I'll return here after checking other states to find the one that looks the best. Spalding 21:13, Sep 4, 2004 (UTC)
I emulated Colorado, at least as far as putting the website links in the article body, which seems a lot easier to keep straight than tacked on after, especially as the list grows. Categorization for radio is a real mess. The category radio seems like it should be under Entertainment, like television is, but it appears to be a top level category? I need to learn more about Categories. Spalding 02:51, Sep 5, 2004 (UTC)
I am guilty of arranging the Colorado and now Kansas radio stations in a manner that has some value to me. Looking at Pennsylvania, you have about 10 percent of signals listed. Kansas page has links to Wichita and Kansas City grids someone else left. The way it was there was a header for every town, which would never work if I started completing the signals in Kansas. [edit] Millersville
Shouldn't the station listed on this page for Millersville be combined with the station list for Lancaster, Pennsylvania? It's a college station and it's literally a suburb of Lancaster. The same could be said for the Mt. Pocono station...which would be combined with Scranton/WB. Any thoughts? Wrightchr (talk ยท contribs) 19:05, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
