This article/list needs a little more formatting: the "--" after the date isn't really standard Wikipedia- look at WP:MOS if you want to make improvements- I'll try and remember to look back when I have more time.

Some of the promotion names also need verifying- I couldn't find a reference to the 2006 FIFA one.
