I have updated the main page re this - the documents are at http://www.rps.ac.uk/ . The 1371 "Act" wasn't an Act but rather a declaration that John was the heir. The further heirs were in an Act of 1373.

[edit] Possible errors

I've finally completed this list up to 1707, but I'm not certain if I've got Scotland's constitutional position under the Protectorate (especially after Oliver Cromwell's death) right, and I'm not absolutely sure about precisely when William and Mary acceded in Scotland either.
