I don't think it would be accurate to call the Kingdom of Spain a "Loose Union" at this point. (plus, added more countries
- It was a Dynastic Union, but Barcelona, Valencia, Aragon, Mallorques and Sicily had their own parliaments (with 2/3 of the power of decision, and the king only the other 1/3) until Nueva Planta decrees (1716) when Castile established the right of conquest over these territories. 88.19.142.42 (talk) 10:27, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
