Image:Flag of Valencia Autonomo community.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. I wonder about this. I live in the Philippines and, according to http://www.ethnologue.com/show_country.asp?name=PH, the number of languages listed for Philippines is 175. IMHO, the inclusion criteria for this article should be spelt out in the lead section]. -- Boracay Bill (talk) 15:08, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
