[edit] What about state vegetable?

How come there is no mention about the flap about the proposed state vegetable, the Walla Walla sweet onion? Are those potato farmers holding it up again? Elwin Blaine Coldiron 21:54, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

I have not added anything about the Proposed State Vegetable, because I have not received word that the Madame Governor signed it into law. Then again... I am in Arizona, far away from Washington News Sources, so unless I check everyday, I'm not liable to see it. Any news if she did in fact sign it into law?
