The "Lesser Spotted Symon" doesn't seem to be real; a google search like this:

- It appears that the contributer of this entry (131.111.233.238 (talk ยท contribs)) added a similarly dubious entry for the state of Iowa on List of U.S. state foods just minutes prior to the edit here.
