Per WP:NOT, Wikipedia is not a "Mere collections of internal links, except for disambiguation pages when an article title is ambiguous, and for structured lists to assist with the organisation of articles."

- Yes you are. This is not "mere collection". This is collection of articles where Russian language is discussed or must be discussed (e.g., because some other languages are discussed there). `'mikka (t) 05:47, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
