  • 78 Records - A large music store, popular with touring artists.

I took this off the page, it isnt a landmark its more a commercial outlet and it has been in multiple locations on Hay st. Gnangarra 05:32, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

This list needs careful monitoring - and perhaps needs a discussion here as to what constitutes a "landmark" in Perth lest some get carried away unnecessarily SatuSuro 09:44, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Landmark - in British English tends to be reserved for identifying structures visible or significant due to size or history --Gnangarra 09:54, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

By illustration only. The cenotauph of the state war memorial at night, esp. historically. Visible for a great distance with a spectral quality. Also the brewery had light displays. Both significant over Perth Waters. The DNA tower. Perhaps natural and manmade structures which have a primarily cultural significance. As a comparison a Museum, a Skyscraper, Cottesloe Beach, Darling Scarp or observation city would not be. See also Sacred sites and leys? My tuppence anyway. Fred.e 17:36, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
