Should Geoffrey Fieger be listed here? His J.D. is from the Detroit College of Law and he earned it nearly 30 years before DCL started it's association with MSU? Nate 20:55, 25 May 2006 (UTC)

I disagree and think he should be restored. DCL graduates have the option -- with many exercising it -- of trading their DCL degrees for MSU degrees. And in fact, as an MSU alum myself, these individuals have full rights as MSU alumni. Moreover, Fieger himself has donated $ millions to the law school SINCE ITS MOVE to MSU... I put back Fieger, but with a daggered footnote (†) about him being a graduate of pre-merger DCL. Hopefully that's a good compromise. Lovelac7 04:59, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
