[edit] Redirect

This article was briefly redirected. I feel the subject is umambiguously notable and should not be redirected again without consensus to do so. Everyking 23:26, 22 June 2007 (UTC)

I see the potential for a biography, yes. Let's change it into a full biography instead of a discussion about a single event in her life. I hate to see sub par articles about living people. The article had vandalism that remained for over 24 hours before being removed. If we can not do it right then a mention about the single event in the George Medal is the best way to go for now, I think. I hope someone has the time and interest to keep improving it. I agree with Everyking that the article should not be redirected again without consensus. I believe there is a place for articles about people who are mostly known for only one event and it is appropriate for those articles to focus on the event. If written policies do not currently recognize this then I think they need to be improved. I am willing to discuss this principle, but I wish to emphasize that discussion is in order before anyone re-blanks the contents of this page. Kla'quot (talk | contribs) 22:08, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
