Below is a list of computer criminals convicted in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of Title 18, Part I, Chapter 47, Sections § 1029[1] or § 1030[2] of U.S. Code (or equivalent local laws) for unauthorized access to information resources, personally or by proxy (i.e., virus authors).
