This is a list of criminal, civil, and constitutional cases that were appealed from the courts in Ireland to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
[edit] Prior to independence in 1922
Ireland was a constituent part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland in this period, so an Irish subject had full right of appeal to the King-in-Council.
[edit] After the establishment of the Irish Free State in 1922
Although the Irish Free State was established as a Dominion within the British Commonwealth, appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council continued until the abolition of Privy Council appeals in November 1933 by an act of Dáil Éireann.
