Lisle (pronunciation: LEEL, Latin: Leila or Insula) is a commune in the canton of Brantôme in the département of Dordogne in the Aquitaine région in France. The canton seat is located to its east.

Lisle has two schools (Maternelle and Primaire), a church, a square in front of the Mairie building and another called La Place de Banquette. It is well-served commercially with two Boulangers, a PMU bar, two other bars, La Poste, a beauticians, a hardware store, hairdresser, Spar corner shop, electrical supplier, Credit Agricole bank with cashpoint and a newly opened Pizza restaurant/takeaway. There is also a Pompes Funebres which provide a taxi/ambulance/funeral service.

It is quite an 'active' village with the Comite des Fetes and Amicale Laique organising events throughout the year including the 4 day Fete de la St Roch over the second weekend in August.
