Lisi Raskin

Lisi Raskin (born Miami, Florida, USA, 1974) is an American artist living and working in Brooklyn,New York. Raskin studied Fine Art at Brandeis University where she earned a BA in 1996. In 2003, she was awarded an MFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University in New York City.
Raskin is known for large-scale architectural installations and drawings whose themes span the cold war and civil defense [1]. Her work has been exhibited internationally at various institutions including the Frankfurter Kunstverein [2], Frankfurt, Germany, the Contemporary Art Center in Vilnius, Lithuania, and P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center [3] in Queens, New York. Raskin is represented by Guild & Greyshkul in New York and Riccardo Crespi in Milan.
