Liricas Analas

Liricas Analas are a rap crew from the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. Their debut album, "Analogia", is the first rap album in the Romansh language.[citation needed] Author and anthropologist Pascal Hofmeier notes that in choosing to rap in Romansh, a language spoken only by a few thousand people, yet instantly identifiable as Swiss, Liricas Analas take the concept of "Lokalpatriotisch" (local pride), which is so prevalent in the Swiss hip-hop scene, to an extreme level.[1]They came out with a new CD entitled "AnalFaBad" in 2006 that contained the chart-topping song "Siemis."[2]
