Some discussion of unlawful bank charges and a link to the Bank Action Group would be useful in this article - I'll add them in soon.

Also, it's disputed whether bank charges are damages for a breach of contract or simply a contractual payment following a trigger event. 194.131.14.2 18:05, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Is a "stipulated damage clause" the same as a "liquidated damage clause" in a contract? Skeeter08865 05:44, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
