Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This image is a low-resolution image of the logo of the organization
2. Liquid Entertainment has released no such images into the public domain, and a replacement image could not be created that would adequately provide the same information.
3. The image is being used for no purpose other than to identify the subject of the article.
4. This image does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
5. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
