Ling-Ling's Death's should be noted either here or on it's own page. If you do not do this then I will do it myself any ways and once I do may some one please send the picture's over because it could use as much pictures as possible. (User:Healthinspector)

The list of Ling-Ling deaths can be found at Running gags on Drawn Together. There was a separate page for the list of housemates deaths, but it was merged into the page mentioned above. At one point, there was a separate page for just Ling-Ling's deaths, but it eventually reached the point where all the housemates were getting killed off so often, it was expanded into the List of Housemate Deaths page. We could always add Ling-Ling's deaths to this page, but there isn't a need to make a separate page for them.Raymondluxuryacht 03:17, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

It should be noted that the L-R gag wasn't around when the show first aired. In Hot Tub, he says his name as "Ling-Ling" twice, instead on "Ring-Ring" as he says in newer episodes. He also says "Ling-Ling" and his full name "Ling-Ling Ling" in Gay Bash. DSMeatte 08:58, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Actually, looking at it again, it seems the gag was there (at least in Gay Bash, the Asian kids also have the L-R difficulty, and Ling-Ling pronounces "Long time" as "Rong time"), but Ling-Ling could pronounce his name properly. DSMeatte 09:14, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

There's not really any consistency to it. Sometimes he pronounces it fine, sometimes he gets it wrong. It just depends on what they think is funnier in any given line.Raymondluxuryacht 09:27, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

I think that this picture would be better for the comparison to Pickachu, because the pickachu is in mid-jump and so is the ling-ling battle picture.

That's not quite what the article is saying. It's not Japanese at all. It's complete gibberish that just sounds vaguely Japanese. The voice actress has stated that she makes it up on the spot imitating Asian vocal sounds.Raymondluxuryacht 09:15, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

Guess what? "Ling" is a Chinese word that means "sympathetic", "compassionate" or "understanding", which is sorta ironic considering Ling-Ling is devious and cruel for a good portion of the series, with little respect for anyone else. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.100.210.88 (talk) 02:35, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
