[edit] Birth dates

Currently dynasts are listed as follows "Archduke Firstname (* birthyear). The use of the * to designate the word "born" is not particularly common in English-language works (as opposed to German, and some French-language works). I suggest that the style be changed to "Archduke Firstname (born birthyear)". Noel S McFerran 22:13, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Head of the house

Archduke Otto has retired form the position of head of house on 31 December 2006. Thus the actual chief of the Habsburg family is his eldest son Archduke Karl. See the article of Otto von Habsburg for details. 213.162.66.181 10:24, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

I want to hear your recognition about the following points. Firstly, I think that we don't yet agree whether it is a "act" or itself. Secondly do you think that a Headship and "Pretender" are the totally same things? Thirdly, why is it December 31 2006, not January 1 2007? Motsu 10:43, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
There is more extensive discussion at the page of Otto. Charles 14:43, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
