Lincoln Township is one of eleven townships in Atchison County, Missouri, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 446.

Lincoln Township covers an area of 82.62 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Westboro. It contains two cemeteries: Center Grove and Walden Grove.
The streams of Long Branch, Mill Creek and Squaw Creek run through this township.
