Lincoln Township is one of ten townships in Andrew County, Missouri, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,113.

Lincoln Township covers an area of 44.43 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Amazonia. It contains three cemeteries: Greenwick, Hackberry and Old Union.
The streams of Caples Creek, Hopkins Creek, Mill Creek and Nodaway River run through this township.
