LINC Program

LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) is a settlement program for immigrants and refugees living in Canada. It provides instruction in English and French to non-native speakers who are permanent residents for free. It is under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services.
