It's silly, but appears quasi-real. Looks to me like a couple of Japanese professors talked a dozen Japanese companies into giving them some funding. Have produced some press releases. Wow! Communication by LED! Wait, hasn't that been being done by TV remotes and IBM PC Jr chiclet keyboards, etc for 20 years? Yeah, but that's infrared, very different from red and green. Right. -R. S.
