Life Positive is a body-mind-spirit magazine that can rightfully claim to be the first of its kind in India. It first rolled off the press in March 1996. Initially it was published solely in the English language. Owing to the demand it was later published in Hindi language as well. The magazine contains well researched articles on a variety of topics ranging from yoga, nature cure, a variety of complementary therapies, issues related to psychology and psychological growth, and last but not the least, spirituality.

The chairman, Mr Aditya Ahluwalia is a multi faceted high achiever. He has been awarded the title of Delhi Ratan in 2004 and is trustee emeritus of Sri Aurobindo Centre in New York.
The president, D. R. Kaarthikeyan, has held many important positions with the government of India, he was the Chief of Investigation of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, the Director-General of Central Reserve Police Force, Director of the prestigious Central Bureau of Investigation and Director General of National Human Rights Commission. In addition to his professional achievements he has also authored ‘Triumph of Truth-Rajiv Gandhi Assassination-The investigation’, a chronicle of his experience in finding out the truth behind the sensitive, high profile case.
The current editor, Suma Varughese is a veteran journalist with more than 25 years of experience in magazine journalism, including a tenure as the editor of Society magazine. Leaving mainstream journalism and devoting herself to spiritual journalism, her articles arise out of a deep personal search for self-transformation.
The panel of advisors include the founding editor, Parveen Chopra, Mark Tully,Kiran Bedi, Devieka Bhojwani, M. Madhavan Nambiar, KMS Titoo Ahluwalia and G. Venkatesh Rao, all of whom are eminent people with a deep desire to contribute to a larger good.
