Libyan Premier League 2007/2008 is the 40th edition of the Libyan Premier League, and the Libyan Premier League is the highest division of Libyan football championship, organised by the Libyan Football Federation.

There are 16 clubs in the League. During the course of the season each clubs plays others two times, for a total of 30 games. At the end of season, the lowest two placed teams are automatically relegated to the 1st division, and the winner and runner-up of the 1st division championship take their places.
