Liberty Township is one of eight townships in Bollinger County, Missouri, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,224.

Liberty Township covers an area of 91.51 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains six cemeteries: Cane Creek, Crites, Frazier, Kellion, Mansion and Mansker.
The streams of Cane Creek, Clubb Creek, Dry Creek, Hawker Creek, Malone Creek and Virgin Creek run through this township.
