Liaquat Pur is a Tehsil of District Rahimyarkhan, Liaquat pur was named as Chaudhry approximately a hundred years ago. It was basically a part of Allah Abad which was a well known part of Bahawalpur State. But now Liaquat pur is a well known city center basically divided into 2 parts Kachi Mandi and Paki Mandi. The main railway line divides liaquat pur into two parts. Liaquat pur is a cultural and agricultural tehsil of Rahimyarkhan.
