Li Changcai

Li Changcai (Traditional Chinese: 李長才; Simplified Chinese: 李长才; Hanyu Pinyin: Lǐ Chángcái) is a lieutenant general in the People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China and a current deputy political commissar of the Nanjing Military Region. He is a member of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
