English: This painting was made long after the An Shi Rebellion during the Song Dynasty, as it shows Emperor Xuanzong of Tang fleeing to Sichuan province from Chang'an to escape the violence. This painting has been remade by later artists numerous times, including one by Qiu Ying in the Ming Dynasty.
