[edit] Crossdressing

According to Kuwait: Halt Dress-Code Crackdown [Human Rights Watch], cross-dressing has become illegal. The article 198 states "any person committing an indecent act in a public place, or imitating the appearance of a member of the opposite sex, shall be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding one thousand dinars [US$3,500]." It is interesting to see that there is an "indecent act in a public place" clause, that could be used against any gay behavior in public places.
