[edit] Parenting in marriage categories

Shouldn't LGBT Parenting fall under rights, not marriage? If so, shouldn't these categories be removed: Marriage | Same-sex marriage | Marriage, unions and partnerships by country. Is the thought that first you get married, then you have kids? Looking at the pages in some of these categories, this page seems out of place.
