Article 325 prohibits same-sex acts with a maximum penalty of 3 years imprisonment and a fine of up to 1 million Guinea francs.[1] This maximum penalty is enforced if one of the offenders are under 21 years of age. Article 326/327 can punish offenders who publicly commit an "act of indecency".[2]
