[edit] Commercial advertising
Sounds like advertising to me:
"Since the start of the 21st century, LG Electronics saw a tremendous rate of growth, especially from 2006, where the company's mobile phone division, LG Mobile, began to properly 'take off' with the hugely popular LG Chocolate phone"
etc.

[edit] digital TV Tuners
An issue to consider for a "Controversy" section:
In early 2007, Australia's 'The Age' newspaper reported that many LG devices containing digital TV tuners contained a glitch that would cause them to "freeze". but, two days later, LG fixed this problem. Television manufacturer LG has released a software upgrade to fix a glitch in some of its televisions which causes them to freeze when watching Australia's Nine Network.

[edit] LG acronym
The definition of the LG acronym on this page is not coherant with the definition given on the "LG Group" page. 65.216.235.42 (talk) 18:06, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
It is a common knowledge in Korea that the acronym "LG" is from "Lucky Geumsung(or Goldstar)" as mentioned in the "LG Group" page. The information on this entry is faulty. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tdodpou (talk • contribs) 02:16, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
