Is "lexicography" the word? "Nomenclature," perhaps, since "lexicography" is the science and practice of making dictionaries, and so the lexicography of an individual thing, as far as I can see, could only be words for the thing, their etymology, pronunciation, orthography, any issues, and so on, in the contrext of their inclusion in the dictionary.
