The article is pretty much unreadble in its current state. The Latin terminology needs to be changed to the English equivalent, with the Latin given in parentheses. There is also an excess of "lawyer speak" which needs to be simplified and clarified. --Kerowyn 07:40, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
