The Let’s Elope Stakes is a Group 3 Australian thoroughbred horse race for mares aged 4 years old and upwards, over a distance of 1400m.
It is held annually at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne. In 1994 the race was re-named in honour of the former champion and Melbourne Cup winner, Let's Elope.

2005 onwards Group 3
1987 - 1993 the race was known as the ‘Milady Stakes’
1994 onwards the race has been called the ‘Let’s Elope Stakes’.
