I have googled Lesr Martin and it seems to me that with addition of content and sources this article should not be deleted. I am working on that now and invite others to do so as well. KenWalker | Talk 13:23, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Carter's convictions were set aside by Haddon Lee Sarokin who ruled that in his opinon, Carter did not "receive a fair trial". The justice system has never ruled that Carter was "Wrongfully Convicted" Hope this helps. Lion King 00:16, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
