Is this guy notable enough? Wikipedia should not be a fan site! I mean, the company he heads doesn't even have an entry.

Is it a cut-and-paste job? it certainly reads like a puff piece. I've put a neutrality tag on it. As for notability, 40% market share in a reasonable-sized economy is easily notable. If the company doesn't have an article, that's the fault of Wikipedia, not the company. Perhaps you could bring it up with the WP:Australia and WP:Business projects.
