"He is a defender of legal positivism who thinks that there are necessary connections between law and morality." Well, we have a problem then because this self-same encyclopedia defines Positivism as the view that there are no necessary connections between law and morality. Either a) the legal positivism article is incorrect, b) the Leslie Green article is incorrect or c) Leslie Green is both a positivist and a non-positivist. From what little I know of his work I'd plump for (b) but on the whole I'd prefer someone more familiar with the subject to make the change. 128.232.243.176 (talk) 07:45, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
