Leslie Savage (born 1897, date of death unknown) was a British swimmer who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics and 1924 Summer Olympics.
In the 1920 Olympics he won a bronze medal in the 4×200 m freestyle relay event and was fifth in his first heat of 100 m freestyle event and did not advance.
Four years later in Paris he swam the final leg in the first heat of the 4×200 m freestyle relay event as a member of British team, but was later replaced by John Thomson in the semifinal and final. The British team finished in a fifth place in the final.
