Leslie Pedley

Leslie Pedley (b. 1930)[1] is an Australian botanist who specialised in the genus Acacia. He is notable for having coined the generic name Racosperma, foreshadowing a split in the genus with the Australian species requiring to be renamed.

The standard author abbreviation Pedley is used to indicate this individual as the author when citing a botanical name.[2]
