Lesa B. Roe is the current Director of NASA's Langley Research Center. She received her Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida, and her Masters degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida. In October of 2005 she was named the Director of the Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. Prior to being selected as the Director, she had previously served as the facilities Deputy Director. She has worked for NASA since 1987.[1]
