Ladislav 'Les' Scheinflug (born October 1, 1938 in Hanover, Germany) is a former football (soccer) player and coach.

Scheinflug played 6 full international matches for Australia before becoming assistant coach to Rale Rasic before the 1974 FIFA World Cup. He later coached the Socceroos team as well as the under 17 and 20 teams.

His parents were Danube Swabians.
