[edit] December 8

A tag has been placed on Leona-Louise Lewis, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Onorem 13:37, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please do the following:

  1. Place {{hangon}} on the page. Please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag(s).
  2. Make your case on the article's talk page.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you.

You also might want to read WP:AUTO. It's generally considered bad form to write about yourself. --Onorem 13:43, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

It appears you should also read WP:CIVIL. If you think you're notable, write why your notable. This isn't myspace. --Onorem 13:50, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Leona-Louise Lewis

The article you created at Leona-Louise Lewis was listed for deletion as An article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject, criterion 7 in the criteria for speedy deletion, Articles section. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).

If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.

I know Wikipedia can be confusing for new editors, so you are welcome to ask for help at the help desk or on my talk page. Guy (Help!) 13:53, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

To everyone who spotted this user and the article they created, Leona Louise Lewis is a real, notable person, but this user is unlikely to be her, but a fan. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 21:50, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked

Enthusiasm we put up with. A bit of vanity is just human nature. Incivility we strongly disapprove of, and legal threats are right out. You've made it pretty plain that your only purpose here is to promote yourself, but that is what MySpace is for, we are not MySpace. You are blocked from editing.
